We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colors may appear differently depending on individual screen settings.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order. Frankie is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling, dates, initials, colors, or design selections.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled.
